1. Description of the topic:

This topic is very clear because it states the problem the research should address, who does the problem affect, and the target population (Shortages of qualified human resources for health are particularly acute in low-income countries. CHWs are utilized to alleviate the shortage of human resources for health, particularly in the delivery of interventions for maternal and child health).

2.  Summary of existing knowledge:

Existing knowledge good defined. The following are some example of existing knowledge recovered in the introduction provided:

Community health workers (CHWs) can play important roles in primary health care delivery, particularly in settings of health workforce shortages. CHW systems interventions are effective in preventing under-five deaths, including malaria prevention, health education, breastfeeding promotion, essential newborn care, and psychosocial support [4]. When health centers offer the minimum package of services, CHWs' services can support the continuum of care and provide valuable referral health services.

 3. Purpose of your study:

This study aimed to qualitatively evaluate the CHW system in Rwanda from the perspective of CHWs themselves and their beneficiaries.

It is very clear even if it doesn't specify how this study differs from others.

 4. Description of the study:

Aiming to overcome these health burdens, in 2007 Rwanda initiated a reform of the national community health system, which was initially implemented in 1995. In this system, CHWs are required to have a minimum of 6 years of education, and are elected by their communities. At the time of this study, there were approximately 60,000 CHWs in Rwanda, comprising 3 CHWs per village. The method (a cross-sectional descriptive study, random sampling strategy, sample size of 108 CHWs and 36 beneficiaries) were detailed in abstract not in introduction.

 5. Contextual information: no difficulties which should affect the research was identified

6. Potential impact:

This study seeks to identify factors and challenges that impact the CHW system and can inform system improvements.
