The importance of this was to clarify the importance of having community health workers in society and the role of human resource in health. And to publish this paper had a major role of showing the gap and demonstrating the need to harmonize and upgrade the capacity of community Health Workers so that they are able to deliver services efficiently and effectively.
Sex differences in nutritional status of HIV-exposed children in Rwanda: a longitudinal study
This study had a purpose of demonstrating nutrition issues and how they vary in boy children and girl children and this publication helped to know really who are affected than others where we concluded that further research is needed to explore why young African boys have lower nutritional status than girls both within and outside the context of HIV infection in mothers. Policy makers concerned about sex differences in Africa should note that while biases against females are commonly seen in many realms and at various ages, the opposite is the case regarding nutritional status in young children.
