It is well described because here author show the problem of qualified health care providers especially in low income countries. This ended by mortality and morbidity due to preventable diseases. some preventable diseases caused mortality in under five years children such as diarrhea, malaria and pneumonia. target population is children und 5 years. the key cause of mortality is that skilled health care providers are still in demand. there is shortage of them. community health workers are very important to work on this gap and health care service delivery at the community level this may reduce this gap.
