The most important part of the scientific manuscript is the methodology as it provides the clear presentation of the study design and also describe in details how the study will measure the outcome variables and others parameters used to evaluate study purposes. The results section provides the overview presentation for the study findings, systematic organization for the collected data and this section should not have the data interpretation, however the discussion part should focus to explain or interpret the meaning of the results.
