The module aims to provide the students with a solid background of linear programming.

The course also focuses on optimization problems. The field of Operations Research is closely related to Industrial engineering. Industrial engineers typically consider Operations Research (OR) techniques as a major part of their tools. Some of the primary tools used by operations researchers are statistics, optimization, probability theory and simulation.

In operations research, techniques are most appropriate given the nature of the system, the goals for improvement, and constraints on time and computing power.

Welcome to the Complex Analysis Module

This course will introduce the students in applying Complex Analysis to model Engineering and Physics problems. the course start by generalities on complex analysis (Complex numbers, complex differentiation and integration) , secondary the Comformal mapping are introduced and we shall end the course by devoloping  the potential theory which is very important to Scientists and Engineers.
