The author explained challenges that Rwanda is still facing which is a shortage of health care providers and this was one of reasons that pushed Rwanda to initiate the system of CHWs in order to fill the gap and being a bridge between community and primary health institutions (health centers and health posts), the author wants to understand the perspective of CHWs and factors associated to their efficiency. The existing gap in Rwandan health system has been shown by the author, explained and also, the author provided the way to address it, but the methodology used was not shown.
