  1. "Serological survey of toxoplasmosis in four rural communities in southern Africa"

This is a bad title because we should not use survey in a good title, no participants, we should avoid using numbers in a good title.

  1. "We should stop using ampicillin and cotrimoxazole to treat shigellosis."

This is a bad title because it is a conclusion or rather a recommendation that could be stated after conducting a study, No participants, no outcome.

  1. "Rapid emergence of in-vitro resistance to ampicillin and cotrimoxazole in Shigella dysenteriae type d from Musanze."

This a bad tittle because it gives specific location of study “ Musanze” - There are no participants shown, no outcome demonstrated.

  1. "Risk factors for typhoid in children in remote areas of Vietnam"

This is a good title, because it comprises topic and necessary criteria for a good title

  1. "Report of an investigation into poor hygiene behavior as a reason for the acquisition of typhoid fever by some ethnic minority children in Vietnam"

Bad Title, because it is very long using many words, reader might lose interest, it shows that it is a report and this should not be put in a good title.
