My name is Tharcisse NIRAGIRE, I am 39 years old, married with one spouse. We have 1 Son and 2 Dougthers.
Actualy, I am the Head TEacher of GS GITNDA.
I like singing Gospal song and joking with children.
I am very happy to start this part of ICT, because I am interrested in it, and use it any my every day activities.
