EMV4164 Land Policy

The Course tries to describe and analyze the current land policies in Rwanda as pertaining to Real Estate. In doing so, it first establishes the general principles of land ownership and use. second, it dives into Rwandan Land policy as recently revised and Finally analyze  particular provisions as pertaining to real estate.
