SSE1345: Introduction to Economics
Trimester 3

Greetings Dear Students,

This is to welcome you again to this important and exciting Economics module that will equip you with the wide range of Economics concepts

Brief description of aims 

This module is aimed at strengthening students’ knowledge of applied microeconomics and macroeconomics to solve society problems.

 The main objectives of the training are to:

1. Provide foundational knowledge in the branches of Micro economics and Macroeconomics

2.  Apply their knowledge to describe (model) and analyze economic problems (production distribution, consumption, exchange).

3. Analyse complex situations and to make judgments that relates to Economics

4. Collaborate with colleagues on  new trends and innovative methods in Economics and Social Studies in general.
