FRS3266 Forensic Explosives and Arsons

The aim of the course is to equip students with skills to undertake investigative procedures into fire or explosion incidents. The students will be given competence to determine the accidental and criminal nature of fire or explosion as well as identification of explosives and applications, explosives effects, IED component recognition and evidence collection.
