IS80662: Systems and Services Management (ODeL)

This module aims to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to install, configure, administer, secure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments. It develops students’ ability to manage server components, storage, network services, user access, and automation scripts, diagnose system faults using monitoring tools and logs, and evaluate backup, recovery, and business continuity strategies to ensure reliable and secure IT operations in organizational environments.
