LG60142: Gender Responsive Education

This module aims to build teachers' understanding of gender concepts and disparities in education, and their practical ability to apply gender-responsive pedagogy in lesson planning, classroom management, teaching materials, and assessment. It further seeks to build capacity to prevent, identify, and respond appropriately to school-related gender-based violence, to interpret national and international gender-in-education policy frameworks, and to develop and implement gender-responsive lesson plans and school-level gender action plans that promote safe, equitable, and empowering learning environments.
