MBP 6333: Project Risk Management

The course aims at equipping students with knowledge and skills relative to Project Risk Management. It covers the different aspects of Risk Management such as Risk Planning, Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Monitoring and Evaluation. As part of the course proceeding, students are requested to prepare a Risk Plan with the aim of reinforcing their skills in Risk Management.
