EMV4261 Housing Economics and Policy

This module provides students with essential concepts for analysing and evaluating housing systems; at the same time, it will examine the development of housing systems in Rwanda to draw useful lessons for policies to meet national housing objectives. It is therefore aimed at providing a range of actors in the housing sector with an awareness and understanding of the new policy framework, guidelines and legislation that currently drives housing delivery.
