Communication is the lifeblood of any organization. Without the free flow of communication, business cannot survive. Communication is the mutual understanding of information between the sender and the receiver. In business, communication needs to be effective. Communication is the essence of business management. In other words, the basic functions of management (planning, organizing, staffing, Directing and Controlling) cannot be performed well without effective communication. Business communication involves a constant flow of information.
