EDP3243: Guidance and Counseling

This module equips the student with knowledge and skills in school guidance and counseling. It explains the concepts of guidance and counselling and school counselling approaches, basic counselling skills and comprehensive guidance and counselling program as a whole school approach. The module tackles common problems requiring provision of guidance counselling services in schools. It finally highlights crisis prevention and intervention in schools.
