This course examines the systems and processes involved in Human Resource Management in order to improve organizational performance.The course equips student with strategic skills and orients him toward HR as a profession. It will enable the learner to participate fully in executive deliberations surrounding the development and implementation of organizational strategy by representing the concerns and issues surrounding the human assets of the firm
