Welcome to the Adult Learning and Mentorship Module


Brief description of aims and content 

This module aims to equip the learner with the necessary knowledge, skills, and understanding required of those who educate and mentor others within academic and healthcare settings. Practitioners will become more reflective of their advanced practice so that they can better facilitate adult learners, and become critically aware role models able to increase clinical competency in all settings. This module builds on skills and experiences obtained through prior midwifery experiences
