Contract Administration

The module deals with all aspects of a construction project from inception to completion. There the core of the module deals with: Tendering, tender price, tender analysis and reporting, and post-contract pricing, uses of the various standard forms of contract agreements in building and civil engineering contracts, Dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration, adjudication, conciliation, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods), and Procedures of Closure of a Contract.
