REAL ANALYSIS

The module introduces students to real numbers, Cartesian plane, and functions and their representations; it also introduces them to principles of problem solving referring to George Polya .

Students will be encouraged to discuss in small groups before attending face to face session with the lecturer.

Assignments and home works will help students to develop their autonomy in learning mathematics. Formative and Summative Assessments will be used.  Summative assessment will necessarily be a written exam.
