Orthopedic and mobility devices Engineering

A critical objective of this module is the preparation of design, development procedures and project presentations on:

• prosthetic; orthotic; and mobility devices;
• modelling and simulation applied to the biomechanics of musculoskeletal system and prosthetic/orthotics, and
• design of medical devices used in rehabilitation engineering.
