By the end of this unity, you will be able to:
1. Describe the meaning, purpose and objectives of employee training and career development
2. Describe the importance and methods of employee training and development
3. Analyse the stages and importance of talent management
4. Time duration
The time to be allocated to this unit is distributed as follows:
- 2hrs of reading of materials;
- 1hrs of attempting E-tivity 4.1.;
- 1hr of attempting E-tivity 4.2;
- 1 min of attempting E-tivity 4.3; and
- 2 hrs of face to face under the guidance of facilitator
