    3. Explain the environmental factors impacting Human Resource Management

     4. Time duration

    The time to be allocated to this unit is distributed as follows:

    • 3hrs of reading of materials; 
    • 1hr 30 of attempting E-tivity 1.1.;
    • 1hr of attempting E-tivity 1.2;
    • 30 min of attempting E-tivity 1.3; and
    • 2hrs of face to face under the guidance of a facilitator
