  • Introduction

    This session is to be through the discussion forum. It consists of discussion regarding the whole course. The discussion will involve students and instructures. Responses to asked questions may come from instructors as well as students.

    During this session instructors and students will also discuss logistics of each group field work related to this course practice and final paper to be submitted.

    At the end of this course, each student should be able to:

    1. Define concepts used in qualitative research
    2. Compare qualitative and quantitative research
    3. Design a qualitative study
    4. Understand the most common qualitative research/data collection methods
    5. Collect and analyze qualitative data
    6. Write a qualitative scientific paper
