Password Recovery

Hello! If you forgot your Moodle UR - Elearning Platform password, don't worry. I'm here to help you recover it. Follow the steps below to reset your password:

1. Go to the Moodle UR - Elearning Platform homepage using the following link: https://elearning2.ur.ac.rw

2. In the upper-right corner of the page, you'll see the 'Login' option. Click on it.

3. Now, you'll be redirected to the login page. Below the username and password fields, you'll find a link called 'Forgot your username or password?'.

4. Click this link. You'll be redirected to a new page where you can recover your password.

5. On this page, you will have two options to recover your password:

   • If you remember your username, type it in the 'Search by username' field and click 'Search'. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account with instructions to reset your password.

   • If you don't remember your username but recall the email address you used to register, enter it in the 'Search by email address' field and click 'Search'. An email will be sent to that address with instructions to reset your password.

6. Check your inbox for the email. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Remember, for security reasons, don't share your password with anyone. If you suspect someone may have access to your password, it's a good practice to change it.
