GLG4261 Quaternary Geology

This course highlights the paleoclimate changes and driving factors during the last 2.6 million years. Students will learn how to reconstruct the past climate and paleovegetation dynamics using approaches such as stable isotopes, foraminifera assemblage, tree rings, grain size analysis, and others.
