Utangulizi wa fasihi ya Kiswahili ni moduli inayotoa mambo ya msingi katika fasihi. Inashughulikia dhana ya fasihi, asili na dhima ya fasihi, utambulisho wa Waswahili, fasihi ya Kiswahili na utamaduni wa mswahili. Inahusu pia na uainishaji wa tanzu za fasihi ya Kiswahili, na umuhimu wa fasihi katika ufundishaji wa Kiswahili, na umuhimu wa fasihi katika utekelezaji wa mtaala unaoegemea katika uwezo. Moduli hii inampatia mwanafunzi misingi ya uhakiki wa kazi za fasihi.

  Business communication is the sharing of information between people within an organization that is performed for the commercial benefit of the organization.The new global and diverse workplace requires excellent spoken and written communication skills! All forms of communication require a sender, a channel, a message, a receiver and the feedback ,this process may disturbed by noise.

 Communication take both verbal and non-verbal forms which may classified into different forms depending on the information flow.When there is a problem which might cause  our communication to be distorted or problematic, it is known as a barrier to effective communicatiom.

The course introduces learners to main literary Genres such as oral literature, prose, poetry and drama from various epochs and cultures of the world. The course is intended to help students understand issues raised from across a section of authors with particular interest in literary generic elements such as style, characters, plot, themes, setting and language use. Students will benefit from the course educational values from literary studies of various genres and apply them in the current local situations.

It considers the basic economic concepts and principles, the price theory, the consumer theory, the production theory and finally models of market structures.
