With reference to competence-based education, the module will explore different topics including meaning, nature, scope of medicine and health sciences, active teaching methods and assessment strategies and effective feedback.

It will deal with processes of supervision, the constitution of a productive research environment, approaches to supervision, ethical roles and responsibilities of the supervisor and the expectations in terms of research supervision (relationship) and management of conflict in research process.
